November 2009. Exhibition night at Morley United Services in aid of the Poppy Appeal. Fantastic venue, great set up, and well organised by Paul Moore of the British Legion (above) and his colleagues. A good night all round.
Various trick shots on the night included bullseye and other doubles off my knees, plus double double shots and swapping darts with opponents.
Nice to see Mr Wills turned up to my exhibition and does a nice little end of show speech off the cuff. |

A lot of time and effort went into a great stage set-up for the evening.
I was wearing one of my new shirts, made for me by Elaine at Dartshirts 4 U, who is also making replica shirts in all sizes.
Absolutely honoured to meet Simon Brown, an Iraq veteran. A brave man shot by a sniper while saving one of his colleagues. Now has a glass eye which on the night was designed as a dartboard!!
Man of the match, Daz, who scored 4 100+ scores. Stephen Stockley played well too, pushing me to score two 180's against him! |
